It was the highest number of sales ever recorded for the month of April for high rise projects. Third best month ever.
It’s a different story for low rise sales as it was the third lowest number of sales we’ve ever recorded for the month of April.
Low rise sales (detached, semi, row town): 1,782 sales in April 2011
High rise new home sales through the first 4 months of 2011 now account for 60% of the new home market. High rise sales accounted for 57% of the market in 2010.
